 What is your return policy?

Due to COVID-19, Crowned By Thorns does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

I placed an order, when will I receive it?

All order are shipped by the following day by 5 PM via USPS, DHL or UPS mail. Your order should be received within 5-25 days after ordering and processing based on 3PL time frame.

I am unsatisfied with my order or having issues with placing an order. Whom should I contact?

What if I never received my item?

Crowned By Thorns does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered due to USPS/UPS obligations. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for investigative purposes only

What should I do if my item is lost or stolen before I could receive my package?

If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

Do we ship internationally? 

Yes, Crowned By Thorns does ship internationally. Please select your country of choice during your online checkout.
